Eligibility for Replacement:
- Print Quality Issues: If there is a verified issue with the print quality of your business cards, we will replace the defective product at no additional cost.
- Damage During Delivery: If the product is damaged during transit, we will replace it upon verification.
Conditions for Replacement:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged or defective product) must be provided for review.
- Design errors made during the submission process are not eligible for replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our business card printing service, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as the printing process would have begun.
- Custom Products: As these products are personalized and made-to-order, refunds for cancellations after the 24-hour window are not available.
